I advise private developers, public bodies and cultural institutions to make confident decisions and deliver programmes that balance commercial priorities with long-term social outcomes.
I established JN Consulting in 2021 after six years as Head of Community & Partnerships at Here East, leading organisation-wide social impact strategy across a major London innovation campus. Before that, a decade across arts education, youth engagement and central government. RSA Fellow and Trustee at Badu Sports.

Community and social value strategy for the regeneration of Ealing Broadway. Aligned S106 obligations with local outcomes and embedded community priorities into live development programmes.
Led stakeholder engagement and co-developed the Action Plan and Strategy for the Greenwich Creative Enterprise Zone pilot. Supported the GLA Knowledge Exchange Forum across London boroughs.
Strategic recommendations for the Adult Public Programme ahead of the Gallery’s 2023 reopening — benchmarking national and international practice to inform senior decision-making on programming and partnerships.
